How long does website design take?

Maximum 4 weeks from sign on date. Single scroll websites take 2-3 weeks for completion & mutli page websites around 3-4 weeks

Can I edit my design or website once it's completed?

One single edit is included with-in each fee. You can make as many edits are you like however further edits range in cost from $20 - $50+gst

Do I need to make a deposit?

Yes, we request a 50% deposit to commence your design process

What information do you need from me?

Once we commence your design process, a cusomised questionaire will be sent to you asking for your business or organisations detais that will need to be included on the website as well as any specific information or photos you might not have thought of

What if I need to make constant edits to my website in future?

If you believe you will need to add or change information on your website consistently over time you may concider being on Brand Basics Retainer Program. This is charged at either $50+gst per monthth for 1-2 edits or $100+gst per month for up to 5 edits. One-off edits without the retainer are charged at $50+gst per each
